Stone Hardy is committed to training and developing employees throughout their employment and has a Training department and training facilities at Northampton to support this.
On joining the company, you will undergo a standard induction programme at Head Office, followed by further initial training at your depot, the content and length of which will vary depending on your skill level and job role.
Once this initial training is complete, ongoing training and development will be discussed during regular performance reviews with your Line Manager.
