You must be well organised, adaptable and flexible and able to work to deadlines.
Ensure processing of all follow up work, including updating customers of work required, identification of parts and submitting estimates.
Deal with customer queries, ensuring order numbers are obtained with efficient customer administration.
Support controllers in dealing with breakdown, servicing and customer support enquiries, and deputise for Controller when absent.
Update and maintain computer recording and operational systems.
Previous experience within a similar operational environment would be an advantage. |
