In addition to our full contract maintenance packages we also provide service only contracts to a number of customers. These are generally lighter usage operations or those looking for a lower monthly outlay but with the piece of mind of preventative maintenance. The number of tail lift services and weight tests carried out in the year is determined by the customer and reflected in the price.
Again if Statutory Thorough Examinations are required these would be added to the price in the most cost and operationally effective way depending upon the number of services.
If a customer chooses this option we are also in a position to provide reports of the additional costs of parts and labour for work arising from the routine tail lift and shutter servicing and any breakdown costs. This then enables them to decide after a period of time whether full contract maintenance would be more cost effective. These prices are reviewed annually. |
