Included in our contract is the administration service provided by our central booking team at Northampton. All events are pre planned a year in advance and bookings are made approximately 2-3 weeks in advance of the due date. This includes location of the vehicles, direct liaison with the end user and written confirmation of events.
All of the events are reported by exception on a monthly basis. Monthly reporting enables us to obtain paperwork and give accurate confirmation of completed work. All vehicle records are held centrally.
During 2006 all Stone Hardy locations will adapt to scan technology and service documentation will be updated onto the contract system overnight. In time this will give us much better frequent reporting ability. We are able to utilise not only our Stone Hardy engineers through all seven locations but also the 24-365 Ratcliff Network. |
