We are the UK market leader in the service, maintenance and repair of tail lifts, shutters and curtains on commercial vehicles. We offer a 24 hour per day, 365 days per year service, this being managed out of hours by our team at Northampton.
We are currently agents for the sale, service and repair of the following tail lift manufacturers: Ratcliff Palfinger Ltd (formerly Ratcliff Tail Lifts), Ross & Bonnyman, Bär Cargo Lifts, Del Equipment, Dhollandia and Anteo. In addition as agents for Ross and Bonnyman, JR Industries (Whiting) and Henderson Mobile, we are able to offer a comprehensive shutter service.
We currently employ 67 mobile tail lift and shutter engineers who are skilled and knowledgeable, the majority with LOLER certificates, providing a countrywide service. All vehicles are well equipped and hold good current tail lift and shutter parts stock. The stock is reviewed regularly to suit the individual engineer's customer base.
Our Contract business is responsible for the maintenance of over 7700 tail lifts and shutters for our current customer base.
The National Parts Centre based at Northampton is responsible for the purchasing and distribution of over £3.5m worth of tail lift and shutter parts per annum.
To deal with our customer requirement we have a strong IT team to support our business with innovative technology.
We continue to improve our company and staff performance in terms of Health and Safety and during the first quarter of 2006 all staff have been trained and accredited to a nationally recognised British Safety Council Level 1 Health and Safety certificate. |
